asker Hi, I LOVE your blog. So much inspirtation! I'm desperately trying to lose the 25ish gross pounds I gained in college and get back to the ballet dancer body I had in high school. Any tips on how to do this without spending a TON of time thinking about it? I'm so busy with work so I can't spend 5 hours in the gym a day. I've been reading lots of books about weight loss but they all require these in depth plans. What's the best/quick stuff to eat so you don't pass out?

Hey. If you can get to the gym for at least an hour. Even if you just go on the treadmill. Any little movement you do your burning calories no matter how small the movements are. I work a 7.5 hour shift Monday-Friday. I don’t think about food when I’m working. When I go on brake I smoke 3 ciggs and I have an apples. Cut every Carb out! I don’t have a problem staying away from chocolate or sweets. My biggest issue is eating chips and eating because I’m bored. Its all about how much you want to loose weight. Stay away from patsy and soft drinks I stay away from all drinks that have sugar in them besides black coffee and water. I always keep myself busy so I don’t think about it. My hunger pains are like a high to me. Every time I feel them I tell myself one more hour. When I get to that hour I will tell myself again. Just don’t take i alot of calories and drink alot of water!! I hope this helped. Goodluck girl:)
